Maybe she didn't realize it would be so windy, but Duchess Kate had a definite Marilyn Monroe-esquemoment when she stepped out for a charity visit on Wednesday morning in London.
The weather was cold and blustery when Kate, 31, bent over to accept a bouquet of flowers from a child and struggled to control her short navy blueOrla Kiely pleated skirt. She teamed the skirt with a matching Max Mara jacket, navy Cornelia James bow gloves and navy suede Alexander McQueenshoes, reports HRH Duchess Kate blog.
The Duchess was on hand to attend a forum for her anti-bullying patronage Place2Be, which offers mental health services to children.
