JOINT BASE ANDREWS (WUSA9) -- It was a happy homecoming Monday morning at Joint Base Andrews.
About 75 reserve troops with the 459th Air Refueling Wing reunited with their loved ones after several months overseas.
"This was deployment number six," said Stephanie Akins, the wife of a KC-135 pilot who had just returned from a two-month deployment. "We're so excited. We didn't sleep last night."
The troops had been stationed somewhere in Southwest Asia in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, but their exact mission is still under wraps.
