WASHINGTON, DC (WUSA) -- Retailers have started to deck their aisles to lure shoppers into their stores already.

But according to ShopperTrak, holiday sales will be weaker this year compared to last season.

The Chicago-based firm expects retail revenue will increase 2.4 percent in November and December, that's 3 percent lower than the last two years.
