Raise your hand if you have a snoozing problem with your alarm clock. This might just be the ticket.
It's called the Sleep Cycle Alarm Clock. You place the phone on your bed and the iPhone's internal sensors track your sleep cycle to wake you up in your lightest phase of sleep. That way, you don't feel groggy so no need to snooze. It also tracks your sleep all night long and shows you your sleep patterns. The app for the iPhone is 99 cents.
Jessica Doyle tried the app for a nap and for a night's sleep and had nothing but good things to report.
