Video: Lululemon Killer Heard For The First Time

Videotapes Released Of Brittany Norwood Police Interrogation

ROCKVILLE, Md. (WUSA) -- Sitting in the same interrogation room where Brittany Norwood went from being considered a victim to a suspect, Montgomery County Detective Dmitry Ruvin recalled his first impressions of Norwood.

"She was very likable.  She cried at appropriate times. She was very, very good," Detective Ruvin said.

In videotapes released Monday for the first time, Norwood can be seen and heard telling Detective Ruvin and his partner that two men sexually assaulted her and Jayna Murray in the Bethesda Lululemon store before beating Murray to death.

"Prior to him sexually assaulting me and zip-tieing me, they made me move {Murray's} car," Norwood says on the videotape.

According to Detective Ruvin, despite hours of questioning conducted over several days, Norwood stuck to her story, even after being confronted when the story began unraveling.

Detective Ruvin said he now believes that Norwood's intricate web of lies was the work of a sociopath.

Norwood was convicted back in November of killing Jayna Murray. Late last month, she was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
