ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) - Maryland voters are returning to the polls after early voting was canceled for two days due to superstorm Sandy.

Mary Wyatt of Annapolis said Wednesday after voting that she was relieved voting was back on track because she is traveling for work on Election Day.

In Bowie, there was a long line with a 90-minute wait.

Bob Ray, a Democratic elections judge at the Boys and Girls Club of Annapolis, says voters crowded the polls in Anne Arundel County on Saturday and Sunday. He says many voters wanted to vote ahead of the storm.

Maryland called off early voting Monday and Tuesday due to the storm. Friday has been added as an extra day and hours have been extended for Wednesday and Thursday to make up for the lost time.
