WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- Garden Fresh Foods is recalling nearly 19,000 pounds of ready-to-eat chicken and ham products that may be contaminated with Listeria, health officials say.
The products were distributed to retail and food service establishments nationwide. The company previously recalled salads, slaw, and dips, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) said.
Some symptoms of Listeria are fever and muscle aches, sometimes preceded by diarrhea or other gastrointestinal symptoms.
