GAITHERSBURG, Md. (WUSA9) -- The sentencing for a Gaithersburg voice coach found guilty of child sex abuse last month has been postponed.
Timothy Ballard's sentencing has been rescheduled for February 10, 2014.
Ballard faces up to 25 years in jail.
The abuse happened in Ballard's home in 2008 but the victim came forward about the abuse in 2012, according to court documents. The victim was an eighth grade boy at the time of the incident, say authorities.
