Cayenne and Espresso Steak Salad Rubb
1/2 cup Ground Espresso Beans
2 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 cup Sugar 2 tbsp Onion Powder
3 tbsp Smoked Paprika
4 tbsp Kosher Salt
Mix all ingredients in a stainless steel bowl, set aside.
1 cup molasses
1 cup Balsamic Vinegar,
1/2 cup Rubb
2 lb Skirt Steak or Flank Steak
Mix ingredients in stainless steel bowl and add steak, marinate 24 hours minimum.
Rub steak with remaining Rubb and grill to medium rare.
Let steak rest and cut into strips.
4 cup Mesclun Mix or Organic Baby Greens
1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette Toss ingredients in a stainless steel bowl, set aside.
1 cup Honey
1 tsp crushed Red Pepper
1 tsp Allspice Berries
Toast spices in pot and add honey, cook 2 minutes, strain and cool.
Place potatoes and french beans on bottom of plate.
Top with steak.
Mound with green salad and top with a drizzle of dragon honey.
