SILVER SPRING, Md. (WUSA9) -- Montgomery County police have re-release a composite drawing of a suspect in a sexual assault cold case.

Police say the man pictured is suspected in multiple sexual assaults that occurred in Wheaton, Silver Spring and Takoma Park in the mid-1970s. The sketch is from the witness description over 35 years ago.

Detectives say they believe that there may be additional victims.  Officials hope that these victims may come forward and help identify the subject and help in track his whereabouts in the 1970s.

The man was described (in the mid-1970s) as a white male, in his late teens or early-20's, 5'11? tall, and weighing approximately 140 pounds.  He was described as having acne scars on the left side of his face, officials said.

Anyone with information regarding the identity of the subject in the composite is asked to contact the Cold Case Unit at 240-773-5070.
