WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- Here are a few of today's Affordable Care Act headlines. The dominant topic is the slight delay of the 2015 enrollment for the ACA. Speaker of the House John Boehner attempted to enroll in Obamacare and couldn't get through. NY Daily News reports Boehner received the "Error 400 - Internal Server Error" message while trying to sign up, a common experience for many Americans. At the same time, the Washington Post reports a "surge" in health care enrollments this past month.
