WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- Here are a few of the major Affordable Care Act headlines for 11/21.  CBS News reports emails released by a House committee shows members of the administration showed concerns about the rollout of HealthCare.gov.  The emails were exchanged in late September.  The Guardian is reporting secret talks in the state of Florida to accept funding for Medicaid expansion through the Affordable Care Act.  A new poll shows less than half women between 18 and 45 don't know about the mandate that requires all insurance plans to include free contraceptives.
