WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- Here are some of today's major Affordable Care Act headlines.  President Obama is meeting with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.  This comes one week after announcing a policy change that would let insurers extend existing insurance plans for a year.  Approval ratings for the President and the Affordable Care Act are at all time lows.  The White House says the healthcare law is slowing the rise in medical costs.  And the Wall Street Journal asks several different policy experts how the law can be changed from the current form to become more effective.
